Eat ragi dosa twice a week and be strong

Ingredients:
Ragi powder- 2 cups
urad dal-3/4 cup
jeera powder- 2 teaspoons
onion- 2 [cut into small pieces]
salt to taste
curry leaves-handful
corinader-handful
water-3 cups

Preparation:
Duration:15 minutes

Soak urad dal for 3 hours.
Grind urad dal and make into a fine paste.
Mix this paste with ragi powder and make a smooth dough.
Add salt and jeera powder to this dough.

Now let the tawa heat on stove and pour this dough to give a thin dosa shape.
Urad dal gives finetuning to ragi and makes it crispier.
Sprinkle curry leaves ,coriander and onion on top of dosa.
Serve hot with coconut or groundnut chutney.
